Job summary

The Fragrance Shop is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our busy fragrance store. This is a part-time role with hours that may vary each week, based at The Galleries, Washington.

You will deliver sales through friendly service and help ensure customers have a fun, inviting shopping experience. You will match fragrances to customers, answer questions with product knowledge, process transactions at the till, assist with stock, visual merchandising, and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
• Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
• Effectively matching the correct fragrance to the customer’s needs
• Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge
• Processing transactions at the till point
• Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns and promotions
• Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers
