Job summary

Whites Community Care is seeking caring Late Care Assistants to join our team, delivering high-quality care in clients' own homes. You will help with daily living activities, meals, personal care and companionship, following individual care plans with dignity and respect.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable car are essential. Training and safeguarding checks will be provided; you must be willing to work late shifts from 4:00pm to 10:00pm and communicate effectively to

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, promoting independence and ensuring our service users receive safe, dignified and person-centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records.

• Availability to work late shifts from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
• A caring, patient and responsible approach.

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided.
