Job summary

Fresh Perspective Resourcing Limited is seeking a Production Manager to lead a busy food manufacturing operation. You will manage production, train staff, and uphold strict food safety and quality standards on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience within food manufacturing, production or QA.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• HACCP experience preferred.
• Calm, resilient leader able to manage teams and enforce standards.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and record keeping.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritise workload and accommodate early starts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
