Job summary

Taylor Blackwood Associates is recruiting Electrical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company near Stafford. These are long-term, temp-to-perm roles offering stability, progression, and a pay increase once permanent.

Shifts are day-based (7am to 5pm) with a Monday–Thursday pattern. As an Electrical Assembler, you will read instructions and diagrams, assemble components to specification, and perform soldering/crimping where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical assembly and electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read work instructions and diagrams.
• Adherence to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, blueprints and diagrams.
• Assemble electrical components to specification.
• Perform soldering and crimping tasks as required.
• Inspect finished products for quality and specification compliance.
• Identify, troubleshoot and rectify soldering or assembly defects.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:

• Reading and interpreting work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Assembling electrical components accurately to specification
• Carrying out soldering and crimping tasks where required
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Identifying, troubleshooting, and rectifying soldering or assembly defects
• Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient work area
