Job summary

Taylor Blackwood Associates is recruiting an Electrical Assembler for a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity near Stafford. Typical shift is day shift (7am to 5pm) with progression as the business expands. You will read instructions, assemble components, solder/crimp as needed, and ensure quality while following safety procedures. A growth path exists within a modern electronics manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics assembly and familiarity with reading instructions and schematics.
• Ability to assemble electrical components to specification and perform soldering/crimping as required.
• Capable of inspecting finished products and identifying defects while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Assemble electrical components accurately to specification.
• Carry out soldering and crimping tasks where required.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify soldering or assembly defects.

These are long-term, temp-to-perm opportunities, offering stability, progression, and a pay increase once permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within a modern electronics manufacturing environment.

The Role

As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
