Job summary

Porter wanted at the University of Greenwich Medway Campus to support day-to-day operations, room setup, deliveries and campus services.

You will move equipment, assist with post deliveries and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff, working a 40-hour week on a fixed-term contract of 9 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Moving furniture, equipment, materials and supplies across campus.
• Supporting the collection and delivery of post and parcels.
• Assisting with stock deliveries and equipment transfers.
• Setting up rooms and event spaces for meetings, teaching and special events.
• Supporting University events and activities.
• Maintaining tidy and safe internal and external areas.
• Assisting with waste collection and removal.
• Delivering excellent customer service to students, staff and visitors.
• Working closely with colleagues across Sodexo and the University.
• Following Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at all times.
