Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) for a modern nursing home. You will balance hands-on clinical care with clinical oversight, staff development and quality improvement to uphold high standards of resident wellbeing.

We offer 40-hour weeks, with a mix of clinical and supernumerary shifts and enhanced support for professional development. Applicants must have nursing home experience, leadership skills, and current UK NMC registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the nursing home.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care during clinical shifts.
• Use supernumerary time to support clinical governance, quality assurance and staff development.
• Guide, mentor and support Nurses and Care Assistants to maintain excellent standards.
• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans and medication management.
• Monitor residents' health and ensure appropriate responses to changing care needs.
• Support clinical audits, risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding procedures and nursing best practice.
• Work closely with the Home Manager to identify priorities and improve clinical outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and external healthcare professionals.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork and person-centred care.

£50,000 | 40 Hours per Week | Clinical & Supernumerary Shifts

We're looking for an experienced and confident Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a stunning, modern nursing home where high-quality care, clinical excellence and resident wellbeing are at the heart of everything.

The position offers a combination of clinical and supernumerary shifts, giving you the opportunity to remain hands-on with nursing care while also dedicating time to clinical oversight, staff development and quality improvement.

We're looking for someone with previous nursing home experience and proven leadership experience, who is confident taking responsibility for clinical standards and supporting a team.

Please note: Tier 2 sponsorship is not available for this position.
