Job summary

Rilmac Fabrication Limited is seeking an experienced Structural Plater, Fabricator, or Sheet Metal Worker to join our Lincoln team. You will fabricate components from detailed drawings to high quality standards, while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.

You should be able to interpret drawings, produce to tolerances, work independently or with others, and keep a clean, organized workspace. The role is on-site in Lincoln with a competitive hourly rate and full-time hours.

Experienced Structural Plater / Fabricator / Sheet Metal Worker

Rilmac Fabrication is seeking an experienced Structural Plater, Fabricator, or Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with experience in fabrication and engineering environments who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

The Role

You will be responsible for fabricating small and large-scale components from detailed engineering drawings to a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings.

Producing fabrication work to specified tolerances and quality standards.

Working independently and as part of a team.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures and using the PPE provided.

Working efficiently with minimal supervision.

What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate of £15.60 to £16.63 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
