Triumph Consultants Ltd seeks an experienced Director of Adult Social Care to lead across Bath and North East Somerset. You will shape strategy, drive transformation, and build partnerships with NHS, local authorities and stakeholders to improve resident outcomes.

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead Adult Social Care across a diverse and complex footprint shaping services, strategy and partnerships that directly improve the lives of residents.
As Director of Adult Social Care, you will lead a complex and high-impact portfolio spanning statutory adult social care, safeguarding, transformation, prevention and health integration. You will provide ambitious, compassionate leadership with a clear focus on independence, wellbeing, resilience and better outcomes for communities.
As part of the Corporate Management Team, you will play a key role in shaping the council’s wider strategic direction. Working alongside the Directors of Public Health and Children’s Services within the People service, you will help drive a genuinely joined-up approach across the whole system.
You will build strong relationships across the NHS, voluntary and community sector, elected members and regional partners, influencing beyond organisational boundaries and delivering meaningful change at scale.
