Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Ltd in Kettering is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join their permanent, full-time team. You will manage conveyancing transactions end-to-end and handle document drafting, file management and client liaison.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver a high level of service. A competitive starting salary is offered, along with pension, health insurance, and 25 days holiday plus bank

• Managing a caseload day to day, ensuring compliance and industry best practices.
• Managing, updating and organising case files
• Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
• Drafting legal documents, conducting land registry searches
• Providing advice and guidance to clients throughout the process

Our successful client, with offices based in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Case Handler to join them on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Salary depending upon experience c£28,000 - £30,000 as a starting salary, pension, health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progression.
