Job summary

Rail Gourmet is seeking an On Board Host for TransPennine Express at Carlisle Station. You will provide at-seat trolley service, assist passengers, manage stock and tickets, and deliver exceptional customer service on board.

Full training is provided. The role requires 18+ years, 40 hours weekly, and shifts from 5:00am to 11:00pm across weekdays, weekends and holidays. Commission rewards and staff discounts are offered.

• At least 2 years working experience in a customer facing role within Retail Leisure & Hospitality.
• Full Training will be provided.
• 18 years of age or over.

On-Board Host for TransPennine Express (TPE) at Carlisle Station.

Pay Rate: £13.65 per hour plus commission

Hours: Full Time (40 hours).

Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5:00am and 11:00pm, working flexibly on weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays

• Due to some responsibilities within the Onboard Host role, applicants will need to be

18 years of age or overto perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including long hours and varying shifts.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years working experience gained in a Customer Facing role within the Retail Leisure & Hospitality Industry.
