Job summary

Fulcrum Engineering is recruiting Electricians Skilled, Improvers, and Semi-Skilled/Mates with IPAF for temporary contracts in installation and maintenance roles. Expect 48–55+ hour weeks Mon–Fri, with potential Saturday overtime. Roles are based on-site in industrial/fab shop environments, with pay rates depending on skill level.

Working hours typically 0700–1730 or 1900, and 0600–1330 on Saturdays as required. Travel and lodge pay may apply, depending on distance from home to site.

Qualifications

• Electricians skilled and improvers with IPAF capability are sought.
• Semi skilled/mates may apply depending on skill set and workload.
• Experience in installation and maintenance work in fab shop or on-site is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical cable tray, racking, and cables.
• Operate Mobile Platforms for work at height.
• Assist with installation, checks, and reinstatement fitting work.
• Support with maintenance and installation tasks in factories/process plants.

We are recruiting personnel at all levels and covering similar roles,

Electricians Skilled & Improvers & Semi Skilled/Mates with IPAF

Working Install & Maintenance Work.

Installing electrical cable tray, racking, cables.

Using Mobile Platforms to work at height.

Working on the safe removal of electrical systems & .

larger items such as Conveyor Lines, Process Machinery, Palletiser Machines & Robot, Motor & Pump Units

Moving from work place areas to lay down areas.

Then assisting with completing checks and reinstatement fitting work.

Also semi skilled applicants can apply if they can cover most of the work depending on their skill set. Working mainly in the Fab Shop some workers may be asked to help out when really busy on installation work on factories/process plants.

Hours = 0700 to 1730 or to 1900 48 to 55 + hours Mon to Fri as required

Also might work 0600 or 0700 to 1330 Sat as required

Term = Temp Contract 5 to 8 weeks & Contract Temp

Pay Temp Contract - Electrician Skilled = £28 per Hr Mon to Fri, £34 per Hr Sat, Improver/Skilled = £21 + per hr up to 60 hrs £26 + per hr Sat Depending on Skills/Quals Fork Ops £19 to £22 per hr and Semi Skilled Mates = £17 to £20 + hr & £21 to £24 per hr Sat

Travel Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site

Lodge Pay = Maybe depending on distance from personal address to Site
