Job summary

SSP Starbucks is seeking a Supervisor to lead teams across busy locations in the UK & Ireland. You will manage opening/closing duties, guide staff through peak periods, and maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

The role emphasizes people leadership, delivering great service, and acting as the main point of contact for both customers and team members. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in busy hospitality or retail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across weekdays, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to open/close and run daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
• Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 5:30

am to 7:30pm

.Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

ABOUT THE SUPERVISOR ROLE:
