Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is assisting with a Head Housekeeper / Cleaner role in Croydon. The position runs Thursday and Friday, 8am–4pm, with potential overtime. You will lead a small cleaning team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across residential schemes.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience supervising domestic or cleaning teams within a residential or care home environment.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning standards, COSHH regulations, and Health and Safety procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan, delegate, and ensure tasks are completed to high standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, maintaining a caring and professional attitude toward residents and staff.
• First Aid at work Certificate (training will be provided)
