Job summary

TRCC Transport, Inc. is seeking a reactor operator for our RST facility to batch surfactants, polymers and dispersions from batch tickets, load trucks, and move materials using a lift truck. The role is on-site with no remote work.

You will review batch sheets, monitor the process, ensure equipment cleanliness, and document results accurately. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with occasional overtime and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• 6–12 months of reactor operations or compounding experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate reactor to produce batches from batch tickets.
• Label drums, bags and sacks properly.
• Load trucks and move materials with a lift truck.
• Monitor batch process and adjust controls as needed.
• Ensure batch sheets are complete with materials, temps and yield.
