Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated React Developer with experience building AI-powered chatbot applications and leveraging GitHub Copilot to accelerate software development. The ideal candidate will have strong frontend engineering expertise, hands-on experience integrating conversational AI solutions, and a passion for modern AI-assisted development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance AI-powered chatbot and conversational interfaces.
- Integrate chatbot solutions with backend APIs, AI services, and enterprise platforms.
- Utilize GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, architects, and backend developers.
- Develop reusable UI components and implement best practices for accessibility and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, QA, and production environments.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- React.js
- HTML5 / CSS3
- Experience building chatbot or conversational AI applications.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and microservices.
- Hands‑on experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted software development.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Claude, or other LLM platforms.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and chatbot design patterns.
- Experience with Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience working in Banking or Financial Services domains.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing AI copilots, virtual assistants, or customer support bots.
- Knowledge of micro‑frontend architecture and Module Federation.
- Exposure to accessibility and performance optimization techniques.
