Job summary

Ardan Labs is seeking a USA based Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer to design and build enterprise AI solutions that blend intuitive chat experiences with sophisticated agentic workflows.

This hands-on role requires architectural thinking, production-grade coding, and the ability to tackle complex integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Athropic/Azure OpenAI).
• Experience with prompt engineering, streaming responses, token/context management, and AI application architecture.
• Knowledge of tool calling, function calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience building agentic AI workflows, including multi-step orchestration, retries, and error handling.
• Experience implementing SSO and identity solutions (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC).
• Proven experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.

We\'re looking for a USA based Senior Full Stack AI Software Engineer to help design and build enterprise AI solutions that combine intuitive chatbot experiences with sophisticated agentic workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys architecting solutions, writing production-quality code, and solving complex integration challenges.

Candidates should be available to work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

• Knowledge of tool calling, function calling, and ideally the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience building agentic AI workflows, including multi-step orchestration, retries, and error handling.
