Job summary

Saransh Inc. is seeking a React Architect / Lead Front-End Engineer to steer front‑end architecture in Jersey City, NJ. You will own complex, user‑facing web applications and drive high‑quality experiences with performance, accessibility, and secure client‑side practices.

Lead collaboration with UX/Product, establish standards, and build atop modern UI foundations, including design systems and cross‑browser support, while leveraging AI‑assisted tooling for development and testing.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in front‑end web development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, including hooks, component composition, context, and rendering optimization.
• Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills.
• Experience with modern front‑end tooling including Vite, Webpack, Babel/SWC, npm/pnpm/yarn, and build/release pipelines.
• Strong CSS expertise, including responsive design, theming, and scalable styling approaches.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA) and accessibility testing practices.
• Experience optimizing application performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle splitting, SSR/CSR strategies, and caching.
• Strong GraphQL and REST API integration experience.
• Knowledge of web security best practices, including XSS/CSRF prevention and secure authentication/session management.
• Experience with front‑end observability, logging, monitoring, and production debugging.
• Required: Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code for development, testing, refactoring, and debugging.
