Debbie's Staffing is seeking an experienced Weekend Shift Reach Truck Forklift Driver for a client in Kernersville, NC. The role features a Fri-Sun schedule (6:00am–6:30pm) with weekly pay and a temp-to-hire pathway.

Candidates should have recent high-reach forklift experience and a proven safety record. Responsibilities include safe operation of a high reach forklift, order picking with RF scanners, loading/unloading, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months experience operating a high reach forklift within the last year.
• Able to work at heights of 30–50 feet as needed.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a high reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Load and unload products from trailers, staging areas, and storage racks.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• Perform put-away of inbound freight into designated warehouse locations.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks including palletizing, wrapping, or labeling products.
• Ability to use RF scanners for order picking and inventory control.

Weekend Shift Reach Truck Forklift Driver Debbie's Staffing is looking for a Weekend Shift Reach Truck Forklift Driver for our client located in Kernersville, NC.

Hours: 6:00am- 6:30pm Friday-Sunday

Pay rate: $20.000 per hour, Weekly Pay! Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Forklift Driver to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment. Must have at least 6 months prior experience within the last year operating high reach trucks safely and efficiently while ensuring accuracy in order selection, inventory handling, and overall warehouse operations.

Job Description

• Safely operate a high reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Load and unload products from trailers, staging areas, and storage racks.
• Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment using RF scanners.
• Perform put-away of inbound freight into designated warehouse locations.

Requirements

• Must have high reach forklift experience for this assignment.
• Excellent attendance.
• Cannot be afraid of heights (Comfortable working at heights of 30-50 feet.)
• Frequently grab, lift, carry, stack, and/or move materials and products weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Occasionally climb up to two flights of 10-inch stairs.
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
• Highly motivated.
• Heavy lifting up to 50 LBS.
• Must be able to stand/walk up to 10+ hours a day.
• Be able to work overtime and weekends.
