Qualifications

• Proven experience safely operating a Stand-Up Forklift/Reach truck.
• Experience in warehouse order picking and high-rack pallet placement.
• Comfort working in narrow aisles and fast-moving distribution spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach truck to pick orders from high-bay racking.
• Stage picked inventory accurately for daily outbound shipments.
• Transport materials and pallets throughout a high-volume facility.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and verify order accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift safety checks on forklift equipment.
• Maintain clean aisles and support general warehouse safety.
• Collaborate with team members and shift leads to meet daily targets.
