Employbridge is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for a refrigerated warehouse in New Century, KS. You will operate a stand-up reach truck to move dairy pallets, load/unload shipments, and ensure accurate inventory placement using RF scanners and WMS.

The role requires safe operation in a cold environment (34°F–44°F) and adherence to FIFO and safety procedures, with pay of $21.00/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential and multiple shifts available.

Competenze

• Previous stand-up reach truck experience required.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to transport, stack, and retrieve pallets of dairy products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring product accuracy and proper placement.
• Place products in designated rack locations and retrieve inventory according to daily orders.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, lot codes, and product locations.
• Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory processes to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, including battery levels, brakes, hydraulics, and overall forklift functionality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and reporting safety concerns.
• Adhere to all warehouse safety, food safety, and operational procedures.

Work Environment

Qualifications
