Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for a refrigerated warehouse in New Century, KS. You will operate a stand-up reach truck to move dairy pallets, load/unload shipments, and ensure accurate inventory placement using RF scanners and WMS.

The role requires safe operation in a cold environment (34°F–44°F) and adherence to FIFO and safety procedures, with pay of $21.00/hour plus a $3.00 shift differential and multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Previous stand-up reach truck experience required.
• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach truck to move pallets of dairy products in the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments with product accuracy and proper placement.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory and locations.
• Follow FIFO to maintain freshness and quality.
• Inspect equipment daily and report safety concerns.
• Keep work area clean and organized and comply with safety procedures.
• Adhere to warehouse safety and food handling procedures.
