Staffmark in Joliet, IL is seeking a Reach Truck Operator on 1st shift (Mon-Fri) or 2nd shift (Sun-Thu) with pay $21.50–$23.50 per hour. You will safely operate reach trucks, move inventory, support order fulfillment, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

The role emphasizes safety, precision, and adherence to procedures, with opportunities for overtime and advancement within a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualifications

• Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate reach trucks to move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pull, transport, stage, and put away products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate reach trucks to place and retrieve product from designated rack locations.
• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, including proper equipment operation and pedestrian awareness.
