Job summary

USCS is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Reach Truck Operator in California for a full-time, on-site role. You will unload/load trailers, verify freight, and ensure proper staging and pallet integrity. The job requires at least 1 year of recent reach truck experience and prior warehouse training.

You will handle inventory checks, use scanners, and assist with physical inventories while maintaining safety and productivity in a cold-chain environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of stand-up reach truck experience in the last 3 years.
• Previous high reach forklift and/or warehouse training required.

Responsibilities

• Unload/load trailers and verify stacking and freight as required.
• Count products before storage and compare to manifest; report discrepancies.
• Identify damage, shortages and overages and report to supervisor.
• Assist in physical inventories using scanners; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with correct lot numbers; meet CS standards.
• Operate forklift and other equipment safely; perform daily inspections.
