Job summary

Humano is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for a warehouse operation in Baytown, Texas. This role is Part-Time with Full-Time Options, with overtime potential as workload increases and weekly forecasts become clear.

Responsibilities include operating Reach Trucks in freezer environments, replenishing inventory, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining safety and inventory accuracy. Daily Pay is offered, with benefits and potential for more hours as business volume grows.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous Reach Truck experience is required.
• Strong understanding of warehouse inventory locations.
• Ability to locate and move product accurately.
• Ability to operate a Reach Truck in a freezer environment.
• Ability to work in freezer/cold temperatures for extended periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and stay on your feet for long periods.

Job description

Humano is seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for a warehouse operation. This position requires previous Reach Truck experience and will involve operating equipment inside freezer environments, replenishing product, loading trucks, unloading freight, and assisting the client with warehouse operations as needed.

This position is Part-Time with Full-Time Options, with the opportunity for an increase in hours once the workload fully picks up and the client is able to provide a clear and accurate weekly work forecast.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous Reach Truck experience is required
• Strong understanding of warehouse inventory locations
• Ability to accurately locate and move product
• Strong picking/pulling accuracy
• Ability to safely operate a Reach Truck in a warehouse/freezer environment
• Ability to work in freezer/cold temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move warehouse product as required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Shift: 3:00 PM until work completion
• Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience
• Previous Reach Truck experience required
