Job summary

You will safely move, load, unload, and stage materials, collaborating with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining high safety standards. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED, current forklift certification, and prior forklift operating experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current forklift certification required.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems or RF scanners preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
• Transport products throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, pallets, and containers.
• Stack, organize, and store inventory accurately in designated locations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and order preparation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily productivity goals.
