Cornwell Quality Tools is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our employee-owned team. You will pick, pack, and stock materials, inspect shipments, and verify orders with accuracy while following established procedures. This role supports efficient warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 months of warehouse experience, and basic math skills. Training is provided for any required forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months of warehouse experience or equivalent education/training.
• Ability to read safety rules and follow procedures.
• Strong math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Ability to follow instructions and solve basic problems.
• Powered industrial truck certification may be required (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stock materials efficiently, ensuring accuracy and labeling.
• Receive and inspect shipments, verify quantities and staging.
• Transfer items to storage and stock in designated locations.
• Verify orders for packing and maintain packing rate after training.
• Conduct inventory counts and safely operate warehouse equipment.
