Job summary

Cornwell Quality Tools Co. is hiring a Material Handler/Box Truck Driver in Mogadore, OH. The role focuses on loading, unloading, and delivering materials, while managing warehouse inventory and ensuring correct machine placement.

You will operate a box truck and tow motor, perform safety checks, and update bin locations within our systems. A clean driving record and DOT-ready status are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain a Tow motor operator license.
• Experience operating a Tow motor (3+ years).
• Familiarity with internal software for inventory moves.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and deliver materials to satellite locations daily using a box truck.
• Move materials within the facility using a tow motor or hand cart.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and moved to correct machines.
• Perform safety checks on lifting equipment and update bin locations in the system.
• Oversee warehouse area, maintain clean inventory and verify incoming/outgoing material.
• Move production paperwork to the correct boards with material location.
• Support production leads and supervisors with material handling tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Your Role:

• Responsible for loading, unloading, and delivering materials to all satellite locations daily as needed using a box truck.
• Performs all movement of materials in our facility with use of tow motor or hand cart.
• Expected that all material is put away correctly and pulled to correct machine and moved from machine to machine if necessary.
• Required to perform safety checks on all lifting equipment in use.
• Required to change bin locations in our operating system when necessary.
• Oversee our warehouse area, stocking products correctly and maintaining a clean inventory by updating bin locations.
• Responsible for verification of all incoming and outgoing material to and from outside vendors.
• Oversee the production paperwork is moved to the proper production boards with the location of the material when needed.
• Perform all other aspects of moving material requested by production leads or managers and/or immediate supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to obtain a Tow motor operator license.
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience operating a Tow motor.
• Must have at least a basic knowledge of operating systems.
• Must use a weight scale for inventory counts and verification of inbound and outbound material.
• Must be able to multitask with high levels of organizational skills.
• Driver’s License with minimal points and accidents.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to use and understand internal software.

Requirements

Candidates must maintain a clean driving record (via MVR check), pass a DOT physical examination, and meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and compliance standards.
