Job summary

Liberty Hardware in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to safely operate a powered industrial truck at elevated heights to lift, stack, move and store products and materials.

You will follow all safety procedures, perform truck operations, scan barcodes with RF/WMS devices, assist in cross‑functional tasks, and may train new staff while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related training or experience preferred.
• Experience as a certified powered industrial equipment operator is preferred.
• Must complete powered industrial equipment training and maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a reach truck to lift, stack, move, and store pallets.
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs for powered equipment.
• Scan barcodes and manage cartones/pallets using RF/WMS tools.
• Support cross-functional tasks and train less experienced staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
