Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to join our distribution center team in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes safety, process adherence, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following standard work, operating equipment safely, and participating in improvement initiatives while maintaining confidentiality of company information and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, and perform basic physical tasks such as stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
• Ability to use hand and finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear.

• Report equipment and infrastructure damage to ensure repairs and reduce safety risk.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Attend educational workshops, professional publications, and professional societies to maintain technical knowledge.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $16.88 - $24.23/hr (base pay may vary based on location, education, training, and experience).
