Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, seeks a Reach Truck Operator in Sparks, NV. This role moves, stacks, and loads palletized products using a reach truck in a fast-paced warehouse. Valid forklift certification and RF scanner experience are required; at least one year in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move, sort, stack, and load palletized product using a reach truck.
• Move pallets from overstock locations as directed via RF Scanner.
• Report equipment or product issues to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Assist in safety and security of the warehouse.

About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

We are looking for operations team members to join our team as a Reach Truck Operator within a warehouse and distribution environment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Efficiently move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a reach truck.
• Move pallets from overstock locations as requested through RF Scanner.
• Recognize problems with product and report to the Production Manager.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
• Report any equipment or facilities issues.
• Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid forklift operator/driver certification is required.
• Sit down/Stand-Up/ Counterbalance/ Reach Truck forklift experience required.
• At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience required.
• At least one (1) year experience in warehouse required.
• Inventory/Cycle Counting experience preferred.
• RF Scan Gun experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
