Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Sparks, NV. You will move, sort, and stage palletized product using a reach truck, and you will handle RF scanning to guide inventory across overstock areas.

Required: 1 year warehouse experience, valid forklift certification, RF scanner proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 lb. We offer DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package to support your health and career growth.

• Sit-down/Stand-up/Counterbalance/Reach Truck experience required.
• At least 1 year forklift/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Move palletized product with a reach truck efficiently.
• Move pallets from overstock locations using RF scanner.
• Report product issues to Production Manager.
• Keep the facility and equipment clean and organized.
• Ensure safety and security of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as needed.

About This Position

$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour

Keefe Group is a division of TKC Holdings, Inc. that is the industry leader in the commissary market. We run an essential business serving our communities and our customers. We are looking for operations team members to join our team as a Reach Truck Operator within a warehouse and distribution environment.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

• Efficiently move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a reach truck.
• Move pallets from overstock locations as requested through RF Scanner.
• Recognize problems with product and report to the Production Manager.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
• Report any equipment or facilities issues.
• Assist in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid forklift operator/driver certification is required.
• Sit down/Stand-Up/ Counterbalance/ Reach Truck forklift experience required.
• At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience required.
• At least one (1) year experience in warehouse required.
• Inventory/Cycle Counting experience preferred.
• RF Scan Gun experience is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
