Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. (Keefe Group) is hiring for a Reach Truck Driver to operate a reach truck in a warehouse setting onsite.

You will work under the Operations Manager and handle palletized goods, perform safety inspections, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year forklift/warehouse experience, a valid forklift certification, RF Scan Gun familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid forklift operator certification required.
• Sit-down/Stand-Up/Counterbalance/Reach Truck forklift experience required.
• At least 1 year forklift driver/operator experience.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience.
• RF Scan Gun experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a reach truck.
• Perform daily inspections of all equipment.
• Identify, separate and unload orders in correct sequence.
• Report problems with product to the Production Manager.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
• Report equipment or facilities issues.
• Help maintain safety and security of the warehouse.
• Other duties as needed.

About This Position

***$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour***

We are looking for operations team members to join our team as a Reach Truck Driver within a warehouse and distribution environment.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities

• Move, sort, handle, stack, stage, load and unload palletized product using a reach truck.
• On a daily basis, perform inspections of all equipment before use.
• Identify, separate and unload orders in correct sequence.
• Recognize problems with product and report to the Production Manager.
• Maintain the facility's equipment and materials in a neat, clean and organized fashion.
• Report any equipment or facilities issues.
• Help maintain the security and safety of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• We requre valid forklift operator/driver certification.
• Sit down/Stand-Up/ Counterbalance/ Reach Truck forklift experience required.
• At least one (1) year safe forklift driver/operator experience required.
• At least one (1) year experience in warehouse required.
• Inventory/Cycle Counting experience preferred.
• We require RF Scan Gun experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
