Job summary

Westaff is looking for a Reach Truck Operator in the Mansfield, MA area for IMMEDIATE HIRE. The position offers a pay rate of $19/hour and a schedule of Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of forklift experience, be proficient in manual picking and stacking, and be comfortable operating reach trucks or standup forklifts. Food-grade warehouse experience and rail car familiarity are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of reach truck or forklift experience.
• Food-grade warehouse experience preferred.
• Rail car handling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and standup forklifts to load, unload, and store goods.
• Perform manual picking and stacking in a warehouse setting.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe; follow 5S principles.
• Rail car handling experience strongly preferred.

Reach Truck Responsibilities

• 1 year experience minimum
• manual picking and stacking (and all things warehousing).
• Will operate Standup forklifts and/or powered jacks to load, unload and put away. Housekeeping and other responsibilities as assigned
• Forklift/Reach Truck operation a MUST. Food-grade warehouse experience(preferred).
• Rail car experience strongly preferred
