Job summary

Westaff in Mansfield, MA seeks a 3rd Shift Warehouse Lead for immediate hire. You will lead warehouse operations during the 8pm-5am shift (Sun-Thurs) and supervise team members, ensuring accurate loading/unloading, safety, and housekeeping. Forklift operation and inventory control are key responsibilities; rail car experience is preferred.

Compensation is $23 per hour with weekly pay and a permanent opportunity, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Experience as Warehouse Lead is mandatory.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must operate stand-up forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations on the night shift (Sun–Thu) and supervise daily tasks.
• Operate reach trucks or stand-up forklifts to load, unload and store goods.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards; assist with rail car loading when needed.
• Assist with inventory control and rotations.

Westaff is looking for a 3rd Shift Warehouse Lead in the Mansfield, MA, area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Pay:$23/hr

Hours: 8pm-5am, Sun-Thurs

Forklift Responsibilities include the following:

• Experience as a Warehouse Lead is mandatory
• Operate reach trucks or stand-up forklift
• Will operate Standup forklifts and/or powered jacks to load, unload and put away. Housekeeping and other responsibilities as assigned
• Rail car experience strongly preferred
• Lift 50lbs
• Pallet Jacks
