Job summary

Arvato, a leading global 3PL provider, is seeking a Material Handler II in Louisville, KY. You will operate a reach truck and other powered equipment to move components between production, staging, and shipping areas, using SAP/ERP for data entry.

The role runs on 2nd shift, 3pm–11:30pm, and offers a $500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of reach truck experience.
• 1+ years in warehouse or logistics.
• Knowledge of WMS for warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck and other powered equipment to move materials between production, staging, and shipping areas.
• Use SAP/ERP for inputs/outputs and track inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging tasks as needed.
• Support quality inspections and process improvements.
• Communicate production needs and issues with cross-functional teams.
