Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Reach Truck Driver for the 2nd shift to safely operate a reach truck forklift in our warehouse. You will move, store, and retrieve palletized inventory up to 30 feet high, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and safety.

You must be able to lift 20–40 pounds frequently, perform daily equipment inspections, follow OSHA standards, and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to support workflow and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems.
• Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision.
• Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging of materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity.

About the Role:

A Reach Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center up to 30-foot high. This role focuses on handling palletized inventory in narrow aisles and elevated storage locations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.
