Job summary

Voltava is hiring a Reach Truck Driver to safely operate a reach truck forklift in our warehouse, moving palletized inventory and stacking materials up to 30 feet high, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. You will perform daily inspections, adhere to OSHA guidelines, and support inventory management alongside a collaborative team in Kentucky.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift 20–40 pounds, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient

Qualifications

• Operate a reach truck to transport, load, unload, and stack materials in warehouse racking systems.
• Place and retrieve pallets from high rack locations with precision.
• Ensure accurate product placement and inventory movement according to warehouse procedures.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow all safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, and staging of materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support workflow and productivity.
• Be able to lift 20-40 pounds frequently.

About the Role:

A Reach Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a reach truck forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials within a warehouse or distribution center up to 30-foot high. This role focuses on handling palletized inventory in narrow aisles and elevated storage locations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.
