The role requires at least 1 year of forklift experience, ability to stand 8+ hours, lift 20–40 pounds, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliability. You'll unload trucks, stock inventory up to 16 feet, and help keep a clean, organized workspace.

MOBILE EQUIPMENT OPERATOR – SIT DOWN - 2ND SHIFT

About the Role:

Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move, stage, rack, and deliver materials throughout the warehouse and production areas, including loading and unloading trucks and supporting efficient production flow.

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • Mandatory sit-down forklift experience with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
  • Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or material-handling environment.
  • Commitment to safe work practices and a strong safety mindset.
  • Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day.
  • Ability to lift 20-40 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, initiative, and reliability.
  • Ability to be on time, lead by example, and maintain constructive working relationships.
  • Successful completion of required post-offer pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.
