Job summary

United Natural Foods, Inc. is seeking a Reach Lift Operator to move products within a distribution center using a Reach Lift. You will place goods in correct slots, operate in narrow aisles, and support multiple teams to ensure availability of products for customers nationwide.

The role requires forklift experience, adherence to safety guidelines, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Competitive benefits and onsite location support a rewarding workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Understanding of safety guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of applicable backup functions and RF systems.
• Previous forklift experience.
• Available to work holidays and weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Replenishes pick slots using the view request screen or manual replenish.
• Performs knockdowns for selectors when needed.
• Maintains correct counts and logs discrepancies in inventory.
• Verifies correct product in the pick location.
• Cuts and removes shrink wrap from knockdowns.
• Removes empty pallets and stages pallets in the staging area.
• Keeps work area clean and safe.
• Operates the lift safely and efficiently.
• Parks and recharges lift at end of shift.
• Reports safety violations to supervisor/manager.
• Follows HACCP and SQF policies where applicable.
