UNFI is seeking a Reach Lift Operator at our New Jersey location. You will move products with a Reach Lift, stock slots, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of goods. Responsibilities include operating lifts safely, replenishing pick locations, and maintaining accurate inventory while following HACCP/SQF procedures. High safety standards and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience and demonstrate safety awareness.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and SCCP/SQF policies.
• Good judgment and reliability in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Reports to inbound office at shift start for daily assignments and checks.
• Replenishes pick slots using view/request screens; uses manual replenish as needed.
• Operates lift safely and parks it in the proper spot at end of shift.
• Maintains counts and logs inventory discrepancies; ensures correct locations.
• Keeps area clean, adheres to HACCP/SQF policies where applicable.
