Job summary

The successful candidate will assist in supervising daily flow and training teammates to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of forklift experience on similar equipment.
• Ability to stand for an extended amount of time and lift up to 50+ lbs.
• Basic reading and math skills; inventory scanning experience recommended.
• Safety training completed, certificationPower Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach lift and other lift trucks safely.
• Use RF gun/scanner and WMS to research and gather information.
• Inspect equipment daily and complete pre-inspection forms.
• Move, stack, and retrieve materials in multi-temperature settings.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the assigned area.
• Serve as the lead and assist with supervising workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose productivity improvements.
• Provide hands-on training on all functional aspects of ticket processing.
• Foster teamwork and a culture of continuous improvement.
