Job summary

1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking a skilled Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team in Atlanta, GA. You will safely operate a Reach Lift to move, stack, and retrieve materials, contributing to accurate inventory and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include inspections, use of RF scanners, coordinating daily operations, training teammates, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs. Experience with lift equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified to operate reach lift and related equipment.
• Experience with RF guns and WMS preferred.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach lift to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
• Inspect equipment daily and complete pre-inspection forms.
• Use RF gun/scanner and Warehouse Management System to research and gather information.
• Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the assigned area, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards.
• Provide one-on-one or group training for new and returning associates on all functional aspects of the ticket processing job.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
