REACH Air Medical Services in Brawley, CA is seeking a HAA Pilot for a full-time opportunity. If your passion is flying and you thrive under high-stakes conditions, join our team to provide medical air transportation and support critical patient care.

You must hold a rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, class I/II medical, and thousands of flight hours. The role features a 7/7 schedule, on-duty housing, and a generous sign-on bonus, with a geo modifier.

Qualifications

• MinimumRequirements: Rotorcraft FAA commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate, 2000 total flight hours, 1500 helicopter hours, 1000 helicopter PIC hours, 500 turbine hours, 100 night hours unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided, 230 lb weight limit.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording a REACH change board details.
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

Incentives

• Salary Range: $115,387 - $126,926; 30% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign-On Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus plans ($40,000 after 3 years plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
