Job summary

Global Medical Response's REACH Air Medical Services unit seeks a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport. You will work with a team to move patients safely, ensure aircraft readiness, and maintain essential regulatory documentation.

Required: 2,000+ helicopter hours, rotorcraft commercial certificate, instrument rating, and Class II medical. This role offers strong earning potential, housing options, and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate required.
• Instrument rating required.
• Class II FAA medical certificate required.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours.
• Minimum 2,000 helicopter hours, 1,000 PIC hours.
• 1,000 turbine helicopter hours and 200 night hours.
• Weight limit of 230 pounds with flight gear.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely with medical teams and coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain aircraft readiness per manuals and regulatory requirements.
• Keep REACH and regulatory documentation up to date.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

We’re hiring a Helicopter Pilotto provide medical air transportation services to REACH Air Medical Services customers. Safety is a key pillar of our services.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical expertstosafelytransport customers to and fromlocations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and REACH requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate REACH and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaboratewith dispatch, flight crews,facilities,and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording REACH change board details
• Accountable tomaintainrequiredcertifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 2,000 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• Minimum 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
• 230 pound weight limit with flight gear

Preferred Qualifications

• AS350/ H125 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
