Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Stand up Reach Operator in Dekalb, Illinois. The role focuses on safe forklift operations, accurate picking/packing, and supporting outbound shipments in a high-volume distribution setting.

Workweek features a three-and-a-half day schedule and competitive weekly pay. The successful candidate will operate stand-up reach equipment, participate in safety programs, and contribute to a clean, well-organized facility in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
