Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking and packing, auditing, and tote induction.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
