Ryder System, Inc. in Dekalb, IL is hiring a Warehouse Stand up Reach Operator. Earn $20.30 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. The role supports a safe, efficient supply chain in a clean facility.

Shifts run Sunday-Tuesday with a half-day Wednesday, generous PTO, 401(k) with company match, and on-the-job training. Stand-up high reach and dock lift experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment.
• Able to work with a high degree of initiative and accuracy.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
