Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Dekalb, Illinois to join a safety-focused, team-driven warehouse environment. The role offers weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits as part of a growing distribution network across the US.

You will operate stand-up high reach and dock lift equipment, contribute to safe, efficient material handling, and support order fulfillment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

Competenze

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Punctuality and good attendance record.
• Ability to perform with high accuracy under pressure.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.

Mansioni

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting.
• Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and loading; audit tote induction.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shifts.
• Perform duties as assigned within performance guidelines.
