Job summary

ID Logistics US is hiring a Reach Forklift Operator to unload/load inbound and outbound products, move, stock, and stage items in our New Jersey warehousing facilities. The role emphasizes safety, accurate load counts, and adherence to PPE standards.

Expect shifts from early morning to late evening, a safety-focused environment, and a supportive team culture. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years with electric pallet jacks, and 1 year in warehousing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, or GED.
• Electric Pallet Jack Operator experience, 2-year minimum.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
• Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: e.g., steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest.
• Have a safety-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded.
• Follow customer requirements to ensure accuracy: load count and product stability.
• Complete daily inspections of equipment.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the work area.
• Report unsafe conditions to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
